I built the set used in this video and I was there for the shoot. Mr Brown was a total Gentleman to the crew and everyone involved. A REAL Class Act!

Thanks! All we hear is that he is bad boy who is unprofessional. We fans are left confused. At the time (90s) he seemed like a normal rich young guy.

Whitney was right; He was the King of R&B back in the 90’s; dance, sing , rap and Certified Humper!
@lulumyataza78943 жыл бұрын
King Of Stage is what she really meant and thats why he named his first album that.Its the same lane that Usher, Chris Brown, The Weeknd have today. Back then, you could still crossover to pop with smooth traditional Rnb like Babyface, Toni Braxton, R kelly, Maxwell, D'Angelo cause they sure can't dance. 😂😂😂 The rappers were sampling the funk like Dre and Snoop. There was pressure for her to marry white like Diana Ross and that was her way of being defiant and saying no. Bobby told jet magazine in an interview he is not Luther Vandross, Freddie Jackson ( a traditional singer/"sanger). He is an entertainer with a rap sound. I wish I could find that issue from back in the day. Lol!

He was the 90s new generation of rnb kings, but Kelly took it over in the nineties

Not necessarily a comeback as his previous singles were all top Ten hits. But it had been 3 years since his last release, which is a long wait to a follow up of a music blockbuster. New Jack Swing was starting to lose its luster by summer of 1992, but Bobby was still able to grind out another hit with "Humpin Around".
