Love this one @Kauzey I actually knew this entire story already but great work. EA Ceo Trip was a wildman who literally handled Nintendo and Sega like a boss. Prior to EA creating their own development kits for Nintendo and Sega you had to pay the companies severe licensing fees to the point where you'd make almost no money even if you were the biggest game ever created. On top of that Nintendo had it set up so tight that you make the game, we tell you whats wrong, you fix it, and then when it's done we might not release it anyway. This is why Epic and the Unreal engine as well as Epic Launcher are massive for the development community right now as well.

It's very insightful on how you put together these info. Sad truth is most gamers do not take the time to follow up on who's making their game but they will take the time to go online and complain all day long. If most gamers were not spineless, companies like these would not exist if we simply speak with our purchase. But reality is most gamers game because they need an escape from The real world and game and developers know this so they know that they are appealing to a very vulnerable group of people. I say vulnerable in any non-negative light I'm not trying to take a jabs of gamers I'm just saying gamers are one of the most agreeable groups of people out there. They will happily consume just to get that dopamine Rush even if the product is taken advantage of thier good time and money. I've seen this happen with destiny early lunch when the game was simply terrible yet people made all types of excuse just so they can have that escape community to go to after work or after school. I seen it happen with call of duty fans to the point where call of duty is just universally hated now. And I see it happen with Apex Legends players where EA constantly shafts them, lies to them, and they roll with the punches. Gaming developers nowadays only care about one thing and that is money they do not care about making a good product or entertaining you in the slightest. So if game is just stop playing their game hit him where it hurts I think they'll be a shift but what do I know I'm just hater on the internet.
