In the NYC early teens is when death begins. Around 15 is when I started losing my peers. This was the 80’s in East Flatbush. NYC was doing 1500-2000 murders for damn near a decade from 1982-1992

He completely right about perception. I remember growing up during the era where big tee shirts and baggy pants were the style. Everyone around my age was rocking fitted caps and white AF1s because that's what was in even though looking back on it as an adult looks dumb as hell. Lol. Kids are highly impressionable. And it's even worse nowadays because media is even more accessible. Everyone has a phone now. Most people have access to social media. A lot of these kids perception of reality and what's real and what actually matters in life is all fucked up.

6:20 poor thing has lots of foundation to build. If someone plays 4-5-6 in the lottery and it never hits, that doesnt mean it wont in the future b/c lottery is random. So that precedence is culture, not fact. So that isnt wisdom, that's fear. You gon' let that keep you from rolling your dice? It IS a good reason to make sure all 10 numbers are in play, however. B/c then, obviously, itll never hit.
