I've been to this shop few times, done autofoaming, sound proofing as well as upgraded my stock entertainment system to a better ones. Huge improvements on handling especially. Met Desmond as well. Very nice chatty person with a lot of car knowledge. He even dared me to hijack his MX5 (he installed a very clever anti theft solution).

I've own e46 m3 and its a daily driven to work, could care less about the mileage. Love driving every minutes of it and E92 M3 would be my next target car.

Best M3 to date. The excitement from the visual, audio and visceral feels NEVER get old. M5 is great but E90 M3 is my preference for size style and feel. It is similar size to the old e28, e34 and e39 M5

I was at the same event Bobby mentioned too, definitely agree with his assessment that the E92 M3 is a better drive than the F10 M5. Though the best BMW I've ever driven continues to be the good ol' E39 5 Series.

im using spectacular e92 M3 oil is rm100 for 4 days max . lol . but the V8 engine is the most buttery smooth engine i ever driven . And most confident car to changing lane because of its lightweight but very2 solid . Genting is piece of a cake . Colour is jerez black eventhough its actually a dark blue . Best sounding engine ever with only rm500 exhaust mod :) = youtube e92 m3 sound

Bobby, I just purchased a 2010 Proton Gen 2 1.6 CPS manual . I really want you to find one the mint condition and review it . 'Cause I think that is the most worth the buck that im paying for the perfomance and comfort . I really enjoy so much the car especially shifting through the gearbox is very orgasm . Plus the interior is very damn nice compared tu original Gen 2 . I cant give you mine because of the aircond sucks,need an allignment,new tinted,new brakes, and some interior cleaning . I am a student and I could not afford to to do all that but I really hope you do find a best comdition one because your review is the best and very details .

Hey Bobby. Between the manual and the DCT. Which is more : 1) Performance oriented. Ie is the dct able to extract more performance from the car compared to the manual? 2) Fun in terms of driver engagement? 3) Power delivery. Ie Engine/gearbox response in the manual compared to the DCT?

to be honest, for my amateur skillsets, DCT would be more suitable for me in a 400hp car. If it's a 200-300hp car, i will got for manual anytime.

Had a shoot at stadium Shah Alam and I wrapped during rush hour. Took a wrong turn while trying to follow waze and accidentally found myself on the same stretch of road you were driving on at around the 13 minute mark. Needless to say, it was an enjoyable drive even in my 2007 1.3 Myvi, while I fascinating about me being in all the cars I wish to own. At the moment its a E90 325i. Bobby, if you see this, what do you think of that car? Also, you may not remember me, but it was an absolute pleasure meeting you when you stunt drove a Subaru Forester for a shoot.

One of the tightest M engine out there, crazy tolerance akin to race car engines. Not too surprising if it needs a rebuild down the road.

Calvin Lim the engines are super strong and if warmed up properly the hearings are fine.i changed mine due to everyone saying they go and my car had 30,000 miles when I did them.long as I warm it up properly which I do I won’t have to change them again. It’s due to the oil viscosity and people not warming them up properly the bearing car wear prematurely. It’s the best engine to leave Bmw and the last m performance motorsport engine made.newer turbo Bmw are not as fun sound awful and just aren’t special

Bobby Ang the op isn’t wrong with race inspired engine but I’ve seen a few with nearly 200k on the engine no issues even on stock bearings! It’s all down to what sort of life its had and how well it’s been service

Have to agree to your statement, it is a good practice to warm up the engine in performance cars imho. But you avoid the sleepness nights thinking about the bearings after you changed yours. But one thing that I thought of is M3 is supposed to be a "daily" ekhem ekhem quote unquote car, and people don't really think about warming it up all the time, just start the engine and start rolling. Also it could be that our ambient temp is somewhat higher average than most of european countries and america, so the oil flows better and they don't suffer as much, but this is just a hypothetical statement. I wish to own one down the road, it is my favourite generation of M3. But the car is already 10 years old (since debut), and by the time I can afford, it will probably be 20+ years old and parts getting obsolete. Tough luck but I do wish.

Nah the F10 M5 is just not that nice to drive for an M car. You can hop into a Panamera and instantly connects to the car and have fun. The M5 isnt. Maybe there's a learning curve but I couldnt be sure

I own an E82 135i. Plan to buy an E60 M5, purely for its V10 engine, but the SMG gearbox kills it. My question, is the SMG really that bad?

Brandon Beh yes, its a very clunky and unresponsive gearbox. Even with different programming it shifts very slow next to a DCT.

Yes, no matter how clean your engine oil or fuel is, carbon residues will always gonna be there. Of course nothing is cleaner than doing an overhaul, but hey, doing an engine cleaning definitely will clean out aplenty even though it's impossible to clean out all.
