Let me say this. Most men go very fast with women. Lots of attention, lots of texting, asking for dates. This is all wrong. After 1 date you're telling her how you feel and after another you're ready to be her boyfriend. All wrong. No games here. You've developed very bad habits in the dating world because of neediness and texting. Now it's time to learn healthy habits. Patience and being non reactive to her responses will get you VERY FAR. Women DO NOT develop attraction this way. It's not about "playing games". It's about learning patience and knowing how to spread out your attention to her over time. Tons of attention and princess treatment the first week will only push her away. TEXTING KILLS ATTRACTION. It's only about 20 years old and that plus social media has killed dating in general. Technology will always make dating worse. Women do not respond to instant "checking in" with her everyday. Women are emotional beings and need time away from you so they can think about you and let her feelings develop naturally of her OWN choice. Women make the majority of their decisions about you (and life) based on how she feels in the moment. If you made her feel good on a date, just disappear for a few days so she can anticipate seeing you again. Over time her feelings will get stronger. Anticipation is the key attraction trait for women. If they like you, stop contacting her except to ask for a date once or twice a week. Continue this process until she asks to be your GF. They NEED some time and space to miss you. And yes all of this is only true if she likes you. If she likes you, you will begin to notice her feelings will increase while away from you. She can't control this and will start chasing you and reaching out to get more of you. Yes. Tell her you want to take her out once or twice a week, then let her chill for a bit. You'll find women don't want to be chased, MEN want to be chased. Women want to do the chasing. But by being all up in her business texting nonstop you killed anticipation which is what she needs. If she keeps making excuses about your date offers without a reschedule, it means SHE DOESN'T LIKE YOU. Accept that and move to someone else. Women that like you, will make it very easy for you. Women that don't like you, will make it very tough. Approach women you like until you notice one is accepting every date offer and starts chasing you. Despite the general opinion, I still think that often messages or "slight anoyance" cannot really push a female from me. I am more leaning towards having an open and adult communication rather than playing games. I know the flirt game has to be up there, but at the end of the day, people rely on solid material and not a story or a pose you made to impress her more. I think your missing the point of this conversation. Of course if you have a good vibe with a person of interest going then this makes no sense to do that. However, if that said person you are pursuing shows little to no interest in conversation or even initiating at one point, what other option do you have besides ignore the person and continue on. Maybe they will reach out and maybe they won’t but you just have to be willing to move on. Like he said it’s a balancing act. You have to give some attention but you cannot give all your attention. This is the basically the topic he’s speaking on, not if you have already good chemistry and are on solid footing with the relationship.

I agree, this is true of the beginning of most relationship. Women crave confident, emotionally stable men. They like men that can be their rock in a relationship. When you ignore them when they pull away, it demonstrates these attributes that they are hard wired to be attracted to.

This doesn't work. Ignoring or some might call it "Ghosting" only pushes her away, it will make them feel like you are not interested in them and they will move on. You got to remember for every female there is like already 10+ guys also trying to pursue her. For woman its so easy to get a man, for men its difficult...She will just move on, and then when you finally decide "ok" I won't ignore any more the girl you liked has already moved on. Bad idea in my opinion.

You are right on target. The only thing I would do otherwise is change the word "ignore". It's a technically negative term and while you elaborated very well into the positive for the man it can come off worse than what you were hoping to bring up. I deal with patience all the time and some of them are men not a lot because men seem to avoid psychologists like the plague until a woman comes along in their lives okay.. I'm sure you understand that. So I really got to tell you you have a really top-notch understanding and perception and command of the entire male woman issue or I should say male-female issue and I watch you very closely and I want to thank you because there's a lot of stuff I'm learning from you which I otherwise would not have.
