Bobcat 863 Has BAD Injection Pumps

Fuel system overview of my Bobcat 863 with a Deutz 1011F 73hp engine. The conclusion is that my injection pumps are bad. After swapping injectors between the different pumps, I determined they’re not building enough pressure. A few have more pressure than others, but not enough to start the machine without Ether.

Hey bro the fuel line that comes from the tank with the primer bowlb is supposed to go to the fuel filter first (the inlet side) and then to the pump (out side)

What is the rail called that the injection pumps sit on, the thing the fuel solenoid shut off controls? I believe mine is stuck closed.

just a tip for you also check engine compression you might be surprise

Compression was around 400; was the first thing I tested.

Sounds like low compression to me; I’d definitely do a compression test at the glow plugs

Is there any timing to do with those unit pumps? Can you just pull one out and put another in like a injector?. I just bought a 873 with the same engine

How much movement does the control rack have from left to right? And when you had the cut off solenoid out, was the U slot dead center of the bore or was it slightly to the right side without pumps in the engine? Thanks buddy

Bobcat 873 turbo 1011f the plug on the injector pump was gone or pop out, what do you think causes that…

Im not yrying to be a hater or troll. Just offering some constructive criticism. You gotta get to the point, man!! There is way too much information being offered that isnt relevant to the issues. I appreciate you being thorough with your explanation, but Im sure if you rewatch this, you would realize this could've been a ahort sweet 5 minute video. Thanks again for doing it though. I'm sure it probably helped soemone that has more patience than I do.
