Fuel Issues On Bobcat T770 ( Code E001076-16) Rail Pressure Control Fault

I am having problems with my bobcat stalling and starving for fuel. I try and repair it.

I had this exact problem on my A770, I fixed the problem easily. Manual pump harbor freight, take line from primer bulb going to tank and pump the diesel kleen to clear the end of the line. I did this 1 time last year and have not had a problem since

Wow, I have the same exact machine T 770 2016 same diamond cutter, love them both. I got stuck between two buried stumps and quick sand. Had to have surgery for my wife the next day and got 4 in rain and stayed under water for two weeks before getting it out. Pumped the tank out best we could amongst other repairs finally got it running 8 hours later got the Code E001076-16) Rail Pressure Control Fault. Intermittently so will try his fix and reply once I know if it works

It has worked for mine. Still running the in-line filter for precautions though. But been running great!

​@@thebobcatwizard4547 put the inline filter in and it seemed to help a little bit but I'm still throwing a code of 3511 - 11 and it throttles my machine down to basically an idle.. any thoughts on what that could be

I was excited to see u posted a pic after 2 hrs. I'm glad to see that filter catching all the debris. Hopefully, at this point, it's running great, and you're back to work...hope to see ya soon

Thanks buddy!! Yeah everything seems to be doing what it’s supposed to and is working. I am on my second in-line filter. This has whipped my butt this last week. Got to catch up sometime for sure!

99% of the time its the SCV valve aka Fuel Metering Valve 7256772. That was my problem. $1000 part from bobcat or $100 online

Watch the KZbin channel HowIDidIt…. Low pressure on the rail is likely a bad injector… he did a good test with 1/8” clear tubing off the injectors… I’ve got the same issue starting with my T740 at 2800 hrs I’m going to dig into… did your fix fix it?

So far mine is fixed with what I did. I am still getting a little trash/algae in the in-line filters. I am changing them every 10 hours. Hopefully 🤞🏻 I am getting there with mine. I will watch the video from howididit . Thanks!
