My friend K.C. was beginning his years as a special ed teacher. On occasion, two late teens brothers from his class would hang out. They watched the Stooges, of which K.C. had tons of. I had learned the trick of using coffee bags with their inside wax coating, melting chocolate into them all the way to their razor edged tops. These were like lunch bags. Then you put them in the freezer, then when the chocolate hardened, peel the paper bag off, and you got a perfect paper bag made of chocolate. For a moment I wondered aloud what to put in them, and off in the TV room we heard an immediate chorus of "ice cream!" They were way ahead of the game.
