Very cool it will load over all sides, and turnaround inside. Super handy rig, but I like that you are constantly talking about the danger. I'm an older guy and ben messing with equipment my whole life and I know the Danger is REAL. Stay safe and work hard, Eddy. really like your style. Chris.

Good video! Just bought my MT100 and can't wait till it arrives. I rented an MT 85 and backed it out of my 14ft PJ dump with no attachment on the front and it was a little sketchy but still very doable. With the root grapple it was not scary at all. Yes to the comment of pitching the dump up a little bit to lower the ramps and decrease the angle of attack. Keep the content coming. Keeps me entertained while at work 🤣

I'm going to weld expanded steel into my ramps to take out some of the rocking that happens between the rollers and those gaps

This machine is a money making beast! My MT 100 is by far the best investment I’ve ever made. I should have bought a mini skid way sooner

I just purchased one and should be getting it this week, any advice on how to get work with it?
@jrush59073 жыл бұрын
@@johnnycash.187 I would suggest getting a bucket with a flat blade and an industrial grapple bucket first.I use these two buckets 90% of the time. the best paying services I offer are spreading gravel, taking down sheds, removing fences and post, removing decks, removing sidewalks and smaller slabs, and removing shrubs. Advertise these services on free and cheap platforms first like google my business and Craigslist and add new pictures regularly. If you don’t already have one create a website ASAP because it takes a little while to start ranking on google organically. Customers are willing to pay more when you offer services that require a machine.

Highly recommend backing up the ramps, and forward down the ramps , also try to position your trailer where terrain will lessen the angle of slope of ramps . Cheers

It will help with the loading process if you lift the dump bed up so that the trailer almost matches the angle of the ramp and there’s no transition

Been running mt 85s and now 100s for 7 years, have the same trailer and we always load bucket first with no problems. Also we never tie it down, never tips. Definitely have to modify those ramps for traction, I recommend buying aluminum ones that don't weigh 90 pounds.

Hey man, nice machine. If you tilt the trailer up when your loading and unloading you can avoid that point of unbalance.

Just loaded a similar machine on a 6 x 10 dump bucket first going up ramps and had it stall on the pivot point. I had to jump off and pushed the rear up to keep it from coming back on me Had a helper depress the safety switch so I could get it restarted. Then had to released the E brake. Got it loaded. I have also had it slide on the steel ramps. I rented both. The last time I rented both the trailer was a landscape trailer a little lower to the ground. I'm going to buy a 16' car hauler for the machines and just rent the dump when I need that option. These stand behind machines with short dumps are very dangerous. The climb is too steep particular if half the tracks are in the air.

I almost died for cause of a weak hitch receiver like the one you have that is for 6k pounds you already over that as soon as you load the skid steer I was pulling a small 10' load trail with a GMC Sierra 2500 had around 8k lbs of stone as I was driving there was a small bump in the road that was enough to break the receiver in half as the trailer fall in the chains the the front tires of the truck went in the air it send me spinning all over the freeway. Since then I make sure I got all the trucks checked bought new heavy duty receivers and never overloaded a trailer again unless we only using side streets.

It's rated for 1000lbs but you can probably get 1200, maybe a little more with a second guy on the back. But you have to be very careful of tipping especially when loading a trailer because this machine can throw you.

Actually to be more serious, I just don't want one of my workers to decide the bobcat seat is his rightful place and spend the whole day on it, expecting the other guys to do all the manual labor. I keep a small crew and I'm only operating the Bobcat part of the time, so I expect my operator to also be a regular ground man.

S70 is garbage. Mini stand on are taking over the industry for a reason. Every single major contractor is using mini for everything these days.

You should just tip the dump trailer up a bit and it won’t be as steep
