I just purchased 773 with the identical problem on the same pump, even the leak is the same. The guy I bought it from was told it needed a pump. I doubted that, and you more or less confirmed it for me. Thanks!

Decent Video. 10 on the information side, 5 on the process/labor side. I had to do the exact same thing on my '03 T-190, only rather than buying new cam levers, I filed them out so that the square flats were perpendicular to each other and even.....and then just installed some shim stock before rotating the cams, flipping the wear bars, and adjusting the creep. Also, the cam tension spring removal process would have been helpful, although it looked like you didn't save the tension adjustment before removal. You can fish two zip ties between the spring coils, use a pry bar to compress the spring, tighten the zip ties, and reassembly goes a lot more smoothly with fewer adjustments, after the fact. Just my 2 cents, and how I went about it. All in all, a good video that gets you one step closer to completing this type of creep repair. Good job, Brother! You're way ahead of the curve compared to most "shade tree mechanics".

The levers are called pintles, the leak under the pintle needs to be addressed, there's a seal and an o-ring, also when working in that area I have found putting a piece of osb board over the compartment eliviates some of the pain in working in there for prolonged periods. Thanks for the video!

Real live bobcat technicians are like finding hens teeth. Good job. Wish you were able to make house calls, I have a 773 with the dreaded charge pressure light on.

Be sure to place that orange boom stop on the lift cylinder next time for your safety.

The only bit I needed to see was skipped, how do you make sure the adjustment is neutral. Doesn't matter, i don't have 2 years for YALL to reply. Maybe a good vid for amateurs

Do you have or can you share the part numbers for the parts you replaced? I am having a similar issue with a 2001 863 wheeled machine. Looks like a simple enough repair. Are there any process tips to minimize adjustments necessary during and after reassembly?

You don't have to pull the pumps to replace the pintle seal on the shaft. Just take out a couple bolts, remove a plate and slap in a new seal.

The problem it's a Bobcat, they break all the time. I think the design engineers used to work for Ford on their diesel engines. Next will be the drive motors. Keep up the great work!!!

After starting my t190. It start drive or it turn to the left by it self. Any idea what can cause it? Some times it’s just fine and sometimes feels like it stuck in gear. It’s like you start it and it act like it wanna drive turn for no reason. Shut off engine try again and again, it feels like it stuck in gear, don’t want to start and then u start it and it like working fine. Any idea?

You need to adjust the neutral setting for thee side that creeps. The round cams and the bars they ride on wear as shown in video. It is a pita job. Jack the machine up and then you can adjust it without it driving away. Beware of moving tracks.

It would be nice in these videos if you show the removal of that top plate with the spring centering peace on it so that way we can see how each part comes out especially if we have not done this part of this before so you show the problem you show the part taken out but you don't show how to remove the metal plate and looks like the coolant hoses have to be taken off what all is entailed get more detailed I am sick of videos that are very basic good explanation good finding of the problem but failure on showing how to do all the removal and installation the slide plate that those bars push around that centers itself how is that remove without taking and messing up the spring
