Bobcat T250 Drive Motor Rebuild

The nightmare of "Phil" the Bobcat T250 skidsteer continues. After sitting with an exploded right drive motor for over a year now. I found a take off drive motor on marketplace. I was scammed, as the motor was fragged internally, however I was able to glean some parts to allow me to rebuild my drive motor.
Found out that there are 2 versions of the brake housing, Bobcat, and Rexroth. They are different and not interchangeable at first glance.
KZbin channel / @tetradgroup Gave me a huge boost of confidence tearing into this drive motor as previously each motor had cost me $2500-3K each for rebuilding. This guy had a whole video on the teardown process of a T300 drive motor, and taught me that they are not as intimidating as they look and sound at the rebuild shop.
Upstate Equipment and Repair, in Pacolet SC. Mark Whisnant has been extremely helpful and has allowed me to procure some needed pieces and parts from his wrecking yard of skid steers.

yep they can put miles on one thing is the sprockets and tracks and drive motor of coarse even those tracks like he walking tractor concept and production models john deere and few others plus remote control track body frames just built your own parts at time and applications one day going get me one and built few
