Love the camera angles. You’re taking a chance with that one. Enjoyed…like riding in the cab w/U. Makes it more authentic…thanks

Trying to get some good footage of this type of work is tricky. The drone definitely helps to put things into perspective……..until it crashes! 😂

Nice job! Especially when you factor in the fact you’re operating both the skidsteer and the drone at the same time!

Hello Nick and Kurt. I really love the brush cutting videos that you publish. Do you turn down brush cutting jobs because landscaping keeps you busy? Is there a lot of competition for this type of work in your area? Really love all the camera angles, especially outside of the cab. The real time speed is preferable. I think I’ve reached my question/comment limit.😉

We love doing brush cutting jobs. It is a very satisfying line of work. Unfortunately for us, it is more of a seasonal thing. We find that we do most brush cutting in the fall, since the leaves have dropped off of the brush, making it easier to see and in general, just less material to mulch. We really don’t push this type of work much since we have so many other types of jobs going on during the “prime” season. As far as competition; I’m not too sure. There are a lot of companies that offer brush hogging for large grass fields, but I do not see many companies in our area offering larger brush cutting type work.

I like the reverse the flow on the cutter so that way it piles the grass and stuff on the side I'm cutting. also helps not throw things into roads or neighbors property. Gotta love how quiet the cab of the T66 is

The spin direction is very helpful for cutting! I agree, the T66 cab is pretty quiet and it has great power running the cutter

Do you have any concerns using that OEM glass door for brush cutting? Typically best practice would be a shatterproof Lexan type door. I am looking at getting a T66 and XP and trying to find the right comfort level with a door for cutting. It would be nice to have a spare Lexan door for just cutting that can quickly be swapped but I'm not finding a cost effective solution for that.

There is definitely a concern, but as long as I am the only one operating the machine with the brush cutter, it is all about proper operation. Keeping the brush cutter low, and keeping the rear discharge of the cutter below the door is a huge must. I am always very mindful of the cutter position while cutting. Its definitely not something to get complacent with.

You really gotta turn that shitty music down. It kills the edit
