I would guess that it isn't Bob. Reason being it is a very intricate piano part. I think that they are just doing there best to document the song as it sounds like Bob didn't try to work the chords himself and he just let the piano player roll with him they weren't trying to let anyone hear this lol

Obviously the lyrical content here sets him apart from everyone else who considers themselves a songwriter, but what I really love about this demo is Leon Russell’s playing. Fucking gorgeous. Remember folks: far too often, songs go to die in the production phase. Just look at Warren Zevon’s career. It’s a shame no one ever told him to keep it simple.
