@@BobEarnshawMoHo yes. We went to the one earlier in the year. That had a Western theme. This one didn’t have as many stalls but more caravans. Also some lovely motor homes and camper vans. The variety of interior lay outs was amazing. Saw a Kon tiki like yours but different interior. They were mostly inside this time in the massive halls there. Only £5.00 entry if pre booked.

Hi Bob, your friend is wro g about Isabella. I've just copied this off the Caravan and Motorhome site. They are however made in Poland. Søren Odgaard founder. Isabella started in 1957 in Denmark making awnings in a basement. Over the years, there have been many changes but the essence of Isabella is the same as ever for more space for outdoor life and attention to quality. With our many years of experience and quality, we take pride in developing constantly. Although initially designed for the caravan market, we have over the last few years gradually increased our product range into the motorhome and campervan market. We offer a range of awnings and sun canopies, along with furniture and accessories to compliment and enhance your campsite set up. Our Sponsors and

Oh my! We said 'wow' so many times as you drove across the bridge. What an amazing piece of civil engineering. Did you know it cost 2.8 billion euros to build?! N&Nx

Yes, but a fraction of what the new crossing to Germany will cost

Hi Bob, I found an electric shop two days later where you could get the sim for the data you bought at the station. 30kr for the sim and 5 MB. You probably walked past it on your trip into Holbæk. I cross that bridge every 2 months when visiting friends on Fyn. The lanes with green signs are for cars with number plate recognition so you can just drive through without stopping then they send you the bill thru your e-mail..
@BobEarnshawMoHo

Thanks, I would probably still need the ID. So the green lanes work like our Dartford crossing, thanks.

But you got to have an agreement with the bridge consortium ("BroBizz" with registered plate) for it to work.

I enjoyed watching your trip to Denmark. I was impressed by First Camp Bogense, I might go there with grandkids for a short stay, in a cottage. I wonder why you didn't stay for a longer time in Denmark, perhaps visiting Copenhagen. You could have camped in the suburbs and gone by public transportation to the City.

Unfortunately we only had three weeks for our tour and part of that was travelling to and from Denmark. We hope to return for longer next year.

Nyborg translated is Newcastle. At 25:45 The mute Swan is the Danish national bird. Yeah, lots of marinas in DK. Danish coastline is over 8000 km. Nowhere in DK can you be more than 53 km away from the sea. Denmark has a strong tradition on the sea. Look at Maersk. Yes, the Great Belt Bridge is impressing, but something even more impressing is lurking between Denmark and Germany. A huge tunnel. Check this video, in English with a very good English presenter: "The Insane Scale of Europe’s New Mega-Tunnel".

Thanks for the information. We saw the scale of some of the building work for the new tunnel when we crossed back into Germany.
@Gert-DK
@Gert-DK Күн бұрын
@@BobEarnshawMoHo Yeah, it is huge. The first tunnel segment is in the water, and soon it will start for real. I will strongly recommend you to see the video I named. That British guy has done a good job. Pro's and con's and lots of details. Homework done, in all a very well done video.

Yes, that looks good value for £18 with 30Gb fair use roaming. The only drawback I can see is the 3 network, but they are being taken over by Vodafone.
