One of the greatest gifts of my life was to be alive when he was too & dropping these songs straight into the public. The euphoria was unbearable.

it is amazing ... he passed before I was born, but still I grew up "with him" .. he was always present through his music. And when I listen to his songs now, they hit differently now as I am grown and understand the message between the lines such as "everytime I plant a seed" ... he talks about his child? That the sherrif comes and tell to shut them down before they grow 😱

Qué temazo. Me encanta la instrumental por completo y cuándo Bob baila, se nota que siente la música en su corazón. Grande Bob Marley.

A Facebook group did a poll asking, Eric Clapton or Bob Marley I shot the sheriff. I commented "both, one's just as good as the other" due to the fact that both versions were done in different styles and in my opinion, both artists did a great job on that song.
