I appreciate your efforts in being informative which greatly familiarize a newbie into the World of CNC. Part of the training process is learning the terms and knowing its definitions. At least that is what works best for me.

Thanks, I have been using this occasionally for hobby since version 8 which I still use simple & easy to use software. I just learned about the right click trick for manual path from your video.

Yes, for a simple fillet or round I would recommend a single tool path with the fillet or round over bit. More complicated contours would need a 3D tool path with a tapered ball nose type of bit.
