"Less is more" is so true when giving directions. If you talk too much the other person may find it hard to remember and they'll still be confused. It's best to be concise and use fewer words, which is exactly what you did! 😉🏹🚙

It was fun to give impromptu directions. It's something people are always curious about when learning English. I wish people would ask me questions more often while I'm making a video! 😎🌞☀ P.S. As for archery, I'm certainly stronger, and I can hit the bullseye with about 7 out of 12 arrows (the bullseye is quite large though). I simply stacked up some hay bales and spray painted a target on them. Nothing fancy.

Not just in terms of the choice of words but also the intonation. Regarding archery, I'm glad to hear that you're making progress and, above all, that you can feel it 😘. I like the phrase less is more. As a minimalist, having fewer things is always good. The only thing I have in good quantity are books. My mother says that more you have, more you need to clean, hehe.

Sure, Bob, you are right. The reason why eating healthy food is related to your mood is that your gut has a connection with your brain through the vagus nerve. Additionally, the microbiota that live in your gut are composed of living organisms that interact in that communication.
