I’m a day 1 player and I always said we don’t need an OG mode, just OG maps. Like is it really that fun for people to run into op wingman/pk every single fight? No loot anywhere? No EVOSs? All this is is nostalgia bait imo, just revert the balance changes from season 0 and add the OG KC map and call it a day, literally have them do as little work to do as possible for the new season

I notice the game runs better too on old mode. I get occasional stuttering and lag and I knew it was the game and not my PC. Now they have the game running on an older version and I'm perfectly smooth fps no hiccups.

Okay, I started at the end of Season 4, so the nostalgia isn't really there for me. This might be a controversial take, but I personally don't find OG Apex all that fun. The matches I've played are either going nearly half the match without any fights or having to play without teammates because people leave as soon as they're knocked. Not mention that, in order to create OG Apex, they had to remove all of the quality of life changes and balance changes that made my first matches in Season 4 enjoyable.

Interesting plan - release a whole lot of changes, including a complete rework to a legend that everyone has - and then force people to play a mode where they can't use any of the new stuff at the opening of the season! When will they just stop forcing people to play special modes. I don't have any nostalgia for the S0 build of Apex, it was too recent. All the OG mode has done for me is remind me that the game was super unbalanced at launch - I don't need to relive being shot 10 times by Wingman from half way across the map. I'm really hoping the Relic BR is optional and doesn't replace the regular BR when it comes along.

Cheating has gotten worse and it's why I don't take algs seriously. It's clearly cheaters who didn't get caught. I remember when a few pro teams switched their team comps to using Fuse weeks before his buff was ever announced or data mined. Some pro teams got leaked updates\tips from devs. Then there's the randoms who are cheating just to get pred. This game is infested and why it's best to just stuck in pubs.

Here’s 5-10 packs to say we appreciate you” or when masters came out and I lost 4.5k+ points to blue screen crash issues.
