Bodacious "First Snowfall" Cinnamon Rolls

I won’t be just watching freeze-drying videos! I wasn’t sure where this vid was going when I saw it and clicked… but it’s your timing I love! Once again you had me laughing “tightly wrapped, obedient,” “wild, unrepentant, bodacious..” I almost fell on the floor I was laughing so hard! Then I realized it was ‘making/baking’ rolls video. I can’t eat such high sugar items anymore but I was salivating over the thumbnail and sat and watched the whole video. I was entranced. Again, you show each step, only cutting out the time consuming rising. Your voice is heavenly soft and your delivery is concise without sounding like you’re talking down to the audience like so many shows on TV. Thank you. I really really want one now.. ok, actually I want the whole pan! Dave is a lucky man! I hope he knows it!

I will absolutely pass that on to Dave :) And thank you for all your kind words. Interestingly enough, I am not the big cinnamon roll fan in our family. I will try half of one when the batch is ready, just to make sure they aren't disgusting, but I could go my whole life and not eat another cinnamon roll. It's that Dave loves them so much that makes me keep making them. Our kids and grandkids are also big fans, so that keeps me baking :) Thank you once again for your encouragement. I do try to cut out all the extraneous stuff because I know when I am watching videos, I don't need to see every second of every step. Honestly, I sometimes feel like I am doing all that work for nothing, but your input has been helpful in that it makes me realize that people do want to see these videos without all the extra stuff. :)
