You can use unflavored dental floss to cut it so you don't pinch the dough together. Just put it under the dough, criss-cross the ends and pull

I never took the time to add comments but this is my 4/5 * making these cinnamon rolls. I add pecans to mine. I've never been a donut type food eater. But coming through the airports, I always sort of sneak in a cinnamon roll for myself ànd most times, I'm disappointed. But that smell keeps drawing me in. Why I decided to make these was because of your fried cabbage recipe, which blew me away!! Please believe me when I say, i have never truly enjoyed a cinnamon roll until now. I don't wait for xmas. I just baked some 2 nights ago. When I first started baking them, I shared them. Now when I bake them, I put them in freezer bags and freeze. When I get that sweet tooth,, I just pull one out.
