J31 Bodacious was inducted into The Bull Riding Hall of Fame on May 21, 2017 in the Cowtown Coliseum in the Fort Worth Stockyards. Accepting the award is Sammy Andrews from Andrews Rodeo Co.
PRCA Bucking Bull of the Year in 1994 and 1995. He also won the PBR World Champion Bull in 1995, making him the only bull to win both awards, which he did in the same year.

*One of the greatest rides in Bull Riding history was Tuff Hedeman's 95 point trip on Bodacious at Long Beach, California in 1993

One of the nicest and humble men you will ever meet in the world great bull man for many years Sammy is a great rodeo man and human being as a bull rider u always knew if u rode one at his shows u would win or place for sure not many made the whistle at his rodeos
