Bodgers Ball 2015 - Egg and Spoon Race

A new invention from the local group, which is sure to become a regular event.
This is a two person race, in two sections
Part one
Teams have 30 minutes to create, from a single log,
· a spoon, any design, but the bowl must fit fully in the carvers mouth
· an egg, can be turned or carved by must be a 2” egg
Decoration of egg and/or spoon is at the discretion of the entrants
Part two
Egg and Spoon created earlier are to be used, no additional fettling time is allowed
· The team is secured at the Ankle (ideally with an APT neck warmer)
· Both competitors must hold the spoon handle (but NOT the egg)
· Egg must be balanced on the spoon
· Competitors line up at the start line, and run to the judge
· If an egg falls off the spoon the team must stop and replace the egg
