KARBI ANGLONG AUTONOMOUS STATE DEMAND is the oldest demand bro at first we demand separate state for NC HILLS AND KARBI ANGLONG but together jaintia hills,garo hills,khasi hills,NC hills,karbi anglong together succeeded our fight but then central government provided only one state which to combine the tribals district now it is known as meghalaya.......but we karbi anglong and NC HILLS dont wanted to be part of meghalaya we want separate state so we denied the proposal so we again start demanding for autonomous state under six schedule of the indian Constitution which is not separate state but state within states...............KARBI ANGLONG AND NC HILLS DEMANDS STATES since FROM 1950 still our states and central government ignore us which is sad for us

50-50 divide will create turmoil. If there is bodoland, there may be probably more demands & bifurcation. Probable future bifurcation & lands are:- Middle Assam: 1) Karbi land 2) Dimasa land Upper Assam: 2) Ahom land (comprising tai-ahoms, morans, misings,other Tai's etc).
