Excellent video, Libbey! I can relate. In my opinion, men are just as concerned about their appearance as women. Consider this for a moment. How we value ourselves "can" extend beyond our physical appearance. The home we live in, the neighborhood, the way the home is furnished, the car we drive, the company we keep, our career and education. The list goes on. All of it, every last bit, is how the world views us "from the outside". Appearances can be deceiving. It isn't what we create outside that matters. It's what we build inside that truly makes us confident and happy! That being said, your beauty is matched only by who you are inside. Which is pretty amazing!

Thanks for doing these videos. For me it maybe low self-esteem but I hate parts of my body with a passion. It even really makes my depression even worse cause I struggle to be able to change it.
