This anime is amazingly written. In most animes, when the protagonist is different and op he is hated and discriminated and doesn't get the appreciation he deserves. Naruto was hated until he saved the village, Saitama is only valued by people who know that he is strong. Etc etc. But mob is well motivated and appreciated by his fellows knowing that he is different. This is beautiful to see in an anime.

Only one of them, Jun (short grey hair), is skilled in martial arts, the others are just throwing them around. He's the brainy member of the club and focuses his muscle training through martial arts (he's why the club doesn't get shut-down despite some of their members scoring badly in exams, his near perfect test scores pulls the club average up just enough that it stays open). The others are built up in different ways, having different preferred training methods for their bodies, but his field is martial arts (they all do calisthenics as a group together, but do their own preferred training outside it).

I was today years old when I noticed at 2:16 that the smallest guy in the muscle club is picking up one of the goons, but because he's so small, the only way for him to pick up the guy is for the guy to have his legs bent up, meaning for this pose to have worked, that guy must actively be trying to hold his legs up, just so the short guy can pick him up off the ground and prove he is just as strong as the other guys, height or no height. Such a small detail xD

This is what I've seen from most top-shelf jocks. Wannabes can be stereotypically mean or judgmental of weaker people, but the real deals have usually been super nice in my experience. I remember in gym class in high school, we were playing football and I kept not catching it because I was about as turbo-nerd as it got, and this big dude had had enough and was like "bro, do you even know how to catch?" I was ready to get made fun of, but instead he stopped the entire game to teach me how to catch and I got loads better. Another time, same class, we'd been doing basketball and one guy who usually picked teams had ended up with me a couple times and he pulled me aside and was like "listen, stop trying to shoot," and I was ready to get told I sucked but he was like "you seem good at being on top of other players, so you just focus on blocking shots and passes, then you just pass the ball if you ever get ahold of it," and it turned out I was really good at that and captains started picking me a lot more quickly. Class acts.
