I've seen this guys face around KZbin for years and never clicked on one his videos. There was a point where I was like damn it's annoying how much I see this dude on every recommended video. I finally watched a video for bettering posture and before I know it I'm watching 2-3 videos a day from Elliot about life and bettering yourself as a man. This guy is awesome

Thats not the reality we live in. The most abused and dangerous drugs in our time is not the illegal one's, it's the ones prescribed by doctors, for medical reasons. Not in the sense that they want to hurt people, but it doesn't make it BETTER than making the choice on your own.

Dear elliott, I've been following you for awhile now, since the very beginning actually, mostly you know before you got your gym and started strength camp and so on,but mostly I remember the tips of nutrition because i was hugely fascinated with learning and I've wanted to post a comment for a long time. but i had nothing to ask. Only I wanted to say that I think your mission of creating better versions of people is probably the most generous thing anyone could ask for and that your doing it in such openly and humanly with none of the bullshit is seriously dope man... If your ever in New Zealand bro, i'll take you out to the island I was born on and have you on a sweet fishing and driving trip. And if your here in summer I'll put you up in a house and hopefully you and your family will be able to swim with the location dolphins. Peace Brotha wolfgang

Elliott, i sensed something different in this video. And i like it. alot. It seems like now that you're incorporating both mind and body into your explanations and videos you're also starting to connect and explain on a more personal level than in previous videos. I can also see an extreme amount of passion aswell. Seems to me like you're leading by example and starting to open yourself up more. Keep making videos like this and you are going to exceed the very high bar of standards that both your audience and you have set for yourself. I guarantee it.

Man reading people like body language and tone of voice is an extremely useful skill. The same way as you were talking about being able to tell if someone is nervous I can tell weakness in a person instantly. The moment they say or do something out of a place of insecurity or weakness it's so obvious that you could almost tell what they're thinking. Hopefully you come across this and can explain it because even though I can explain it I don't have the means and the influence to present it to the world the same as you.

I saw a comment below that referenced Elliot's similarities to the Hodgetwins. I enjoy them all. Perhaps the similarity you see, aside from health advice, which is basically the fundamental truths that anyone with experience and education in fitness can share, is the fact that both are very down earth. Nothing is sugar coated. Essentially they are comfortable enough within themselves to present information from their true selves. Aside from superficial physical attributes, all are very attractive and fit male figures, I find the Twins to be more centered around the physical mechanics where as Elliott has a more integrated approach. I do watch both. The twins us more comedy but Elliot requires more "real" listening, for me anyway. I am a female and the reason I watch male videos is they get straight to the point and often I have found women's presentations to be more superficial and wordy. Just like I am here, lol. He is correct...women are difficult but if you find a good one they are worth it. We are designed to balance out differences between the sexes and that isn't easy. Women mostly agree that men have less than desirable traits as well, lol. In regards to this video, women exhibit the same behaviors in regards to being "alphas". I should know...lol..mine is rooted in insecurities and I work to be mindful that simply being myself is enough and others can take it or leave it. I am physically active for reasons that support my well being, bringing out the best in me, not to prove anything to anyone else. Maybe when we all tap into the deeper reasons for being physically fit it leads to less burn out and becomes a true lifestyle, if you truly love it. If it's just to look good, attract women, or to blanket insecurities then it will not retain viability. To attract women you need charm. I've met men who are short, overweight, bald but they had a charisma that swept me off my feet. Huge buff badass jerks usually attract bitchy superficial women. Be yourself. The rest will follow. Thank you Elliot.
