"A Warrior that becomes a King without his Lover, becomes a tyrant." Man! That's just what I needed to hear at this time and I know a lot of us young warriors need to hear as well. Growing up, especially in America, there's huge emphasis on the hustle. Well, I'm an entrepreneur and I love the hustle, it FEELS great. Grinding is good for the soul. This is, however, only one part of the whole picture. We all have seasons in life and we've got to plan for battle, plan for love, plan for rest, and plan for harvest. If we leave some of these out, we will burn ourselves out and I've experienced this burnout too many times to count. Thanks for this excellent and insightful video Elliott! Fellow young king, - Evan

I've been in my "warrior stage" for years now. I've accomplished so much in such a short amount of time that it's ridiculous. I love feeling like a weapon -- it's an analogy I've used long before seeing this video. But recently I've been feeling like I should be doing even more. Feeling like I'm missing something. I'm doing everything right and getting amazing results, yet I still feel like I'm not living up to my potential somehow. Elliott's videos always inspire, inform, and entertain -- but I think this is the first one that has truly helped me. Thanks

I think what Great White7 is trying to communicate is - A real warrior doesn't place his mind outside of the battle. I.E. Mind on being king / a leader. But I think leader is very warrior characteristic so I think it is a flawed claim. Not that a good king isn't at all without warrior characteristics but I don't believe it is THE characteristic to note. I'm not saying that there is a THE characteristic to note though mind you.
@fftere10 жыл бұрын
HummingBird A ''true warrior'' is disassociated of everything, because doesn't recognize himself as part of nothing. He remain true to where he belongs, his real domain and kingdom: himself. A ''true warrior'' can only exist in his individuality and stays there against all fortunes and despairs, ilusions. A ''true warrior'' can't be measured and his mere existence can only be perceived by the repercussion of his actions and integrity to what he is. A ''true warrior'' lies in eternity, and his power is beyond the world he was raised, for its the only truth itself: Love.

Elliot, I'm having some challenges in being focused, structured, organized and a tooth and nail fighting warrior. Commitment. I've been told and have seen with my owns eyes that I have this ability to inspire people, connect to something that can shift the energy in others and even a room when I speak. Charisma. I can also be pretty bold as when I'm out on the weekends I can be very direct, confident and charismatic with women. I get off being able to get away with things I'm not supposed to by how I'm being with women and people, through my energy, my way of being, charisma, not buying into limitations and assuming things will work because I said so. It's exciting and I love breaking out of limitations society has placed on how people are supposed to be and how they're supposed to be limited. I can also listen very well to people and hear things in them that can't be seen in the surface, I can hear things in the background that people normally can't and when I say it to people they're like woah you're totally right or how did you know or I never had seen it that way but you're very right. It seems to me I have all the abilities required for being a millionaire or a charismatic leader. Except for one key thing. This inability to stay focused, to care about something enough that I am willing to stay with it day in and day out for as long as I need to to make it happen. To stay committed to something because I'm so clear this is what I need to go after and everything else is irrelevant. This ability to become structured and organized to do what I need to do. I get bored easily. I get anxious, it feels like I'm losing freedom, like I'm a slave to living a structured life. I've never had a girlfriend, just women I hook up with, usually a few months at most some a year or more off and on. My longest job was 1 year and 11 months. Most have been in an industry where they last only a few months. Probably the only thing I've put in a long term investment of time into is getting better with women and trying new things. But never to any one particular woman. It makes me feel small, limited, mortal. Like I'm slowly settling down and dying like the rest of society who's give up on freedom and are conforming to just be peddled along the normal course of life people get conditioned to believe is the only way. Not being able to be focused, committed to something I'm certain about is costing me living a life I truly love. A life I feel is an authentic self-expression of myself. What do you see? What is missing? How do I get over this? Thanks for taking your time to read this and I hope to hear from you! FCO

Agree or disagree: Working as an individual, finding yourself, acting solely for personal gain and enjoying being by yourself cultivates optimal levels of growth. Stable moods and stimulation of the nucleus accumbens leads to a happy life. Feelings of superiority and domination of one's own world gives one power and confidence that no one can take away. When he says it's like his videos, I think he's talking about the bigger picture. Your wizardry is the thing you are working towards that is bigger than you are. I think that's why it's equated with magic. It's something that will leave people who don't understand in awe. In reality, it's just the thing that allows the warrior to keep being a warrior. After all, a man working for only his own needs and desires doesn't need to keep at it for very long. You'd fall off the path without something to keep you going. That's your magic.

My exams finish in two days- I'm going to be a lover for 2 months and now I have the humility to accept that that's what I need right now.
