Suzanne - thank you so much for this great tutorial; it is so helpful to see *exactly* where and how to take each measurement. The neck width technique seems so obvious now, but it had stumped me for top-down raglan sweaters. And measuring the arm length is a revelation! Plus: now I'll have a set of accurate body measurements to use for sewing my own clothes, as well as choosing the correct size for buying clothes online. Life-changing. 😊

Hello Suzanne and KAL pals! FYI, I don’t see the link for the flat vs round gauge comparison, though I did find it. I’m going to try to actually knit along this time. I bought the Cardigan KAL on the sale day, and have yet to cast on; I have swatched numerous cables and panels, but can’t decide which to go with, lol. Great videos and very well organized and written “Swatch to Sweater” instructions. Thank you Suzanne and all of her helpers for all of this extremely useful information.

Excellent, thank you. I bought your ITAG yoke pattern some 1.5 years ago and did not have any chance to work with it yet. On Ravelry I found a Yoke Calculator but I cannot edit it to put in my figures. Is there any video etc what to do with these measures? I already understood that the back neck is multiplied with Pi to get the circumference, which leads to CO number (with or without ribbing?). So far so good. I know how many sts I will have on the body and upper arms. There will be some sts to be considered under arms. I am struggling to figure out the sts on the bottom of the yoke.

When you say the bottom of the yoke, exactly what are your referring to? I can help if you give me more information. also. If you go to Ravelry and my group - Knitting with Suzanne Bryan, there is a ton of information in the threads related to this tutorial. You may find your answer there as well. 🧶

@@SuzanneBryan Thank you, I may have found the answer on page 15 of your tutorial. I was referring to the total number of sts on the bottom of the yoke, after making all increases before deviding body and sleeves. About Ravelry, there is a ton of information indeed but I do not want spend hours on reading through all posts to be quite frank :-)

I am glad you found it. Yes, there is a ton of information and it can be time consuming to go through it. But, you can put in search words, like "Yoke" to narrow down. We have worked hard to organize the threads so that each segment of the tutorial has its own thread. Thank you so much for participating and I always enjoy getting feedback. 🧶
