Congratulations on baby #3! I know it's hard but try and go easy on yourself, your body gave life 3 times, that's incredible! It's such a struggle to find time and energy to workout postpartum and I find it hard to try to cut down on food while breastfeeding - I'm always hungry and I feel like I shouldn't be limiting myself as long as I'm breastfeeding. I'm almost 11 months postpartum and haven't been able to maintain any sort of consistent exercise apart from walks with baby. I feel like the only way it's possible is with outside help to give you 30 min to an hour to get a workout in kid-free, something most of us don't have access too these days! Sorry I don't have any better advice with this, I don't know about you but I find it hard to relate to people who say they are happy with they postpartum bodies and are really positive about how their bodies have changed. The one thing that did help me at first with body image was not giving myself any sort of deadline to get in shape again and reminding myself that I will get back in shape one day, it just may not be as soon as I hope.
