I'm amazed how nimble your getup is in your get-up (apparel and accessories). Between being in jeans, high top boots, and carrying a folder in the front right pocket, I'm amazed how you can still shift and move without looking like frankenstein!

I do have trouble getting up from sitting on the floor. I’m missing out. Would you consider designing modified versions of these types of exercises that would be effective?

@ "violence is the driving force of evolution": you're a huge nerd, so put P. Kropotkin's "Mutual Aid: A Factor of Evolution" in your list. he argues that mutual aid and competition are complementary, so it would also explain why you're giving away all your knowledge, i assume with minimal benefit for what you could get in other ways.

5 minutes into the video and you haven't shown the full movement for two reps without pausing and interrupting to talk. Please demonstrate the whole movement on both sides without stopping at the start of the video. Then give your verbal instructions as you go through the movement step by step. Then finish of by demonstrating the whole movement again. This should have been a 5 Min video.
