Dimash is very much a MAN lol. He’s also a 6 foot 3 inch man :) But I understand being confused, he breaks your brain a bit. This is a small portion of his range in every way!! You should see both Stranger (you’ll hear his cojones 😂) & Fly Away also premiered at New Wave- 3 completely different performances in every single way. The man is a living legend. You may have to blur or do something with the Stranger vid to get past blocks, but it’s worth it.

When I first heard him, my thought was "castrato?" then yeah, gender was inquestion followed by ah ha, he's been practicing since he was a baby in order to keep his full range intact. Totally mind blowing range and control! 😱 You look like a guy who would appreciate Dimash's cover of Freddie 's The Show Must Go on. After that go explore from the beginning in 2017 when he first sang SOS.

Dimash is a phenomenon from Kazakhstan. He started singing lessons at 5 years old and was found to have perfect pitch. He is University educated with degrees in classical and opera, another in contemporary music, pop and jazz, was a major in Vogel technique. He also completed a Broadway musical master class. On June 18th, 2020 he completed his masters specializing in composition and received his masters with honours having achieved the maximum score of 100%. He has since started his PhD. He currently has a vocal range of over 6 octaves but he is humbly dismissive of this astounding fact and stresses that it is not the amount of range you have but in fact what you do with it. He has won many prestigious awards and is a decorated national treasure in his native Kazakhstan. He has performed songs in 12 different languages. He speaks fluent Russian and Kazakh, some Chinese and is pretty good in English and Is still studying it along with Mandarin which he says is a difficult language to learn but he's doing well with it. At 22 he was invited as a wild card to participate in a Chinese singing show for professional singers. The show catapulted him to relative stardom worldwide and he became a pop superstar in China. He is also famous in Russia for his neoclassical work with famous Russian/Ukrainian composer and arranger Igor Krutoy who came out of retirement to collaborate with Dimash. He has written songs for Dimash and arranged previously composed music specifically for Dimash. He is often at the piano for many of Dimash's performances. Dimash has since introduced pop songs in Russia as well. His vocals range from a rich low baritone to extremely high soprano notes. On at least one occasion he has Hit a D8 in whistle tone for 5 seconds with vibrato. He also sings songs in many genres. He's a genius at mixing genres in a song a style he himself refers to himself as neo-classic. He was on a solo world tour when the pandemic struck. His concerts are usually about 3 hours with an eclectic mix of vocal styles and genres. He was born into a musical family and both of his parents are famous singers and musicians in Kazakhstan, his mother being an operatic soprano. He was offered a position in the Astana Opera in Kazakhstan but turn this position down to pursue his own path in neoclassical and contemporary music. He's a multi-instrumentalist, competent on 8 instruments including piano, drums and the native Turk/Kazakhstan two-stringed instrument called a dombra. On May 24th, 2021 he celebrated his 27th birthday. He is most widely known through his live performances that has released several albums the first one going platinum in 37 seconds and triple platinum in less than an hour. It has been recognized that his high notes are not whistle tones but head voice. Dimash rarely uses his whistle register but when he does it is spectacular. He has many millions of fans worldwide which he has named his "Dears" He is soft spoken, polite, respectful, elegant and classy, also extremely humble and seldom goes without mentioning his love of country and its history. Dimash is from Kazakhstan. By ethnicity he is Eurasian. He is fluent in Kazak and Russian but sings in at least 12 languages and is learning English. He is currently 27 years old. He began his classical/operatic vocal training at age 5 and continued full time training until age 25. He is considered the greatest singer in the world. He has a 7+ octave range. Much of that he trained himself to do and works on his range constantly. He has so may different voices and techniques that he will stun you. He was known in Kazakhstan and Russia but was approached by a young Chinese man requesting he come to China for a sing off. (I Am Singer). He accepted the offer as a wild card participant. He shocked the elite of Chinese music and after this program of a few months, he remained in China for 2+ years until the virus and his family called him home. All of the China sessions were put on youtube and the world discovered him. The U.S. is still pretty far behind on who he is. He calls his fans, "his Dears" He has a massive following. He was in the U.S, Dec 10th 2019 and according to his mother Sveta, (a former operatic soprano with the Kazakhstan opera, 70 plus nations were represented in NY to attend his concert.

Never seen anyone choose Ave Maria for their first Dimash experience. It's pretty intense, eh? His range is almost 7 octaves, so from bass to soprano. Many say he's not of this world. For your next Dimash vid, try Stranger, where he does his lowest notes - so far. He's always improving. Been in music schools since the age of 5, parents are in opera. His dad is his manager & does a great job, though Dimash is very much involved in it all, sometimes even directing. As you've noted, he's very special, a 27-year-old, 6'3", from Kazakhstan. He sings in 12 languages, I think, & plays a number of instruments. He devotes at least 3 hours a day to practicing. In spite of all of this, he is amazingly gentle & humble. He's beyond amazing. Dimash Kudaibergen, is a Kazakh singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. He is university trained in classical as well as contemporary music, and is known for his exceptionally wide vocal range. He has performed songs in twelve languages and sings in many genres. What you see here is Soprano but he has an equally astonishing Baritone and Tenor. He can transition seemlessly between them. It's unfathomable to most, but his DEARs (what he calls fans) know it's a normal thing for Dimash. To me he is the most handsome, 6foot 3 man on the planet with vocals that are other wordly. No other human can compete with his vocal talent.

He calls his fans "Dears" because we are as a family who loves him. He has army's of fans. In 2017 he took part in a Chinese talent show called "Singer".He was the youngest person ever to compete in the show. He came in second. However, after singing SOS, billions of Chinese fell in love with him and his singing. He became well known at that point and has been adding Dears to his army ever since. He received his Master's music degree and was accepted into the post graduate part of training. He truly is the greatest singer on earth.
