It would be great to see you work some consistent cardio into your routines boss, keeping not just your muscles strong but being fit in every aspect possible, plus it could give you room for more material to film such as endurance challenges to yourself. Great stuff keep on the grind!

Its interesting to see how being strong is not always the only thing to make an athlete. Endurance is also a very important part of physical fitness. Good job bro 20 pull ups is hella impressive as well as the long plank. As a cross-country runner and wrestler, the run wasn't too great, but thats just room for improvement.

Have you always enjoyed running and can anyone become good at it? I feel like I’m really slow and it’s a struggle but I’ve also never tried doing it consistently. I wonder if I would learn to like it I’ve heard of ppl talking about runners high. I’m not sure how that feels like or if it occurs for everyone but it makes running seem more appealing

@@Snailmail1so as someone who didn’t run in a long time and got back into it, it felt like hell. Through out the run, I wanted to quit so bad, everything sucks. However with time and training, you should condition your body to get used to running which will definitely help. As you get better, you’ll start to really enjoy running. You also gain mental strength and this is where the runners high come in. Once you get passed through the difficult mental aspect of the run, you’ll start to enter this flow state and your adrenaline starts to increase and go crazy. It’s like your body gets this weird power up. It’s one of the best feelings I’ve felt in physical exercise. (Also make sure to breathe in your nose and out with your mouth).

Loved this video man! Unfortunately I was medically discharged from the marines and my best friend is currently still in the marines. He was also my og workout partner. He’s been in training for over a year and he’s not coming home this year. He’s getting his first deployment in January so always spend time with your military buddies when you get the chance too!!

The fitness test to get into the Marines is called the IST, initial strength test, and mostly just exists to make sure you're fit enough for boot camp. It consists of max pullups, plank, and a 1.5 mile run. In the Marines, there's the PFT, Physical Fitness Test, and CFT, Combat Fitness Test. The PFT is just the IST but a 3 mile run, but the CFT is completely different and consists of an 880 meter sprint, 2 mins of ammo can lifts, and a maneuver under fire, basically an obstacle course.

Not bad. My best I ever did was in boot camp scored a 281/300 I did 27 pull-ups (100 points) 120 crunches (100 points) and my run was 19:19 (81 points)

I get motivated one day and jogged 1.3 miles took a 10 minute break then jogged another .5 miles then at lunch (about 30 minutes) I can’t remember the sequence of jogging I did but I got to 2.5 miles while weighing about 170lbs at a height of 5.4in. I now weigh 180lbs to 190lbs at a height of 5.5. It’s some muscle but I don’t seriously workout I want to get started tho

Yes, but mix up protein options so you don’t get tired and want to binge. Chicken, lean ground turkey, eggs, fish, shrimp, beef. Keep a variety
