Jessica Du Toit, sounds like you’ve got a metabolism all out of wack. One where you eat very little and presumably move very little and if you consistently eat a starving amount, your body will think you are starving and try to hold on to any fat or calories you put in since it thinks it won’t get more, it’s just a survival mechanism. Pretty much what you gotta do is repair your metabolism by progressively eating more while moving more. When you got your metabolism fixed you can try and lose weight IN A HEALTHY WAY.
