They were both great, but the big guy was amazing. When he flipped his way across the mat I was gobsmacked. Well done to both of them.

It kind of hurts that a powerlifter is better than me at my own sport.

That thing Ash said before the tuck backs is exactly what I hear about tuck fronts in my own gym. "I can do a front flip on the trampoline at home, I just cant land it" is not the same as being able to do a somersault properly and safely on the floor.

Hey Nile, if you see this I just want to say thanks. I binged your videos a few years ago, and started learning to handstand from your videos motivating me. Never worked out in my life, kinda still havent. I got one for aaaalmost 3 seconds, but ended up tearing a muscle in both my shoulders at work. Did physio for a few years and got about as good as I'd get from a tear. I ended up sleeping wrong last week and ever so slightly tore the scar tissue again on my right side, so I've had to start up on my physio exercises more seriously again. I've seen some of your videos in those years but started getting lots of suggestions for the channel again, and I'm getting back in again. Thanks for the motivation, especially in videos with people doing new things and failing despite being jacked or super fit and stuff. It helps me realize fitness can sometimes be relative, and to not compare myself to others. Thanks man!

You were in my area? Awesome! Next time I'll lead a nice trek. There's a trail we call the roller coaster. My roots go back there in 1700s.

Body building probably comports a bit better to gymnastics than power lifting. Power lifting is about strength a very low rep ranges, body building is more about volume and taking things to failure. Gymnastics has an absolute crap ton of volume and endurance, so body builders, as long as they're not ridiculously big are going to have a better base for that type of work.

Sorry…I’m really bad with names. The Black guy is extremely talented and that’s with him carrying a larger amount of muscle mass. Could you imagine if his muscle mass was much lower along with dropping BF? Incredible talent indeed.

I don’t understand why people care so much about likes. I’d much rather be liked by people around me than random strangers who I will likely never meet. Have more confidence in yourself and don’t care so much about random social media likes. You will be liked so much more.
