I was proud of closing #2 and coming close #2.5, looks like nothing when Larry does it. Two things, setting it properly makes a huge difference, and even if you have a stronger left hand it's usually harder because of how the spring is wound. Some of them have it almost at the wrist, makes it really hard.

Fat gripz is cool, but it's kind of "fluffy" and nice to your hands, so when you switch back to something more "aggresive" with more traction, you may notice that you are less pain resistant. Better not to treat fat gripz as the only option for training grip.

im pretty sure he meant most trained guys stop, because 2.5 is waay beyond the average adult male can grip. Some people who are very gifted, some who trained hard and a mix of both can close it with some training, but i'd bet that like only 20 or 30% at best of men can close even the 2 (which is still almost twice as the average man can crush)

What we have learned: Muscles doesn't define strength or durability, but durability can be built by training a lot. I do a triathlon training , so i need to have power in whole time, that's why I cant pull 200kg, but I can pull 20kg for hours. Nothing comes easy. One I can share for others, that results comes after you brakethrough pain, after 20km of cycling pain it's only on your mind. Write that down. 🙂
@bigman2676
@bigman2676 2 жыл бұрын
Muscles do define strength and durability, it just depends on which muscle fibers are being used and how they're being used. They aren't the ONLY source of strength in the body, but they contribute a huge amount

Bro! The Captains of Crush hand grippers are THEE SHIT. I got the 100lb (Trainer), 140lb (#1), 195lb (#2), the 237.5lb (#2.5), and the 280lb (#3). And MAAAN THEY WORK PHENOMENALLY for increasing hand grip strength. I have been “training” 😂 my grip with the Trainers (100lb) and the #1 (140lb) for a few months and I am ALMOST able to fully close the #2 (195lb). And even now I feel like I can rip the fuckin’ wall off! LOL! 😂 I can feel my newer, stronger, larger muscle fibers in my forearms when I squeeze my hand in a fist, and MAAAN my forearm are and feel SO MUCH MORE STRONG AND POWERFUL NOW! Having healthy and very strong hands / grip strength is VERY beneficial for everyone in their daily lives! We use our hands and grip for almost everything. It would be wise to make sure they are strong for when you need them to be the most.
