Another great show, best channel on KZbin. I’ve got a question for either the next episode with Luke or the next Q&A please. Similar to you, I’ve recently had to downsize due to heart issues, and I’ve also been dealing with an injury that’s kept me out of the gym for a few weeks. How do you deal with the mental side of downsizing, the “I’m shrinking by the day” thoughts while you’re aching to get back in the gym? Or do you never get these? Also on the injury topic, how do you ease back in without being over cautious but also being careful not to aggravate the injury again? Thanks Fouad.

I think two a week would be amazing if you guys have the time. I look forward to your videos an these episodes with Luke are great. Keep up the great work 👍. Also go on Rx muscle iron debate with you, Luke, Dave, an Lee priest. I know you’re skeptical about it but Dave has the most respect for you it would just be awesome to see all of you guys debating. I think the combination of Luke and Lee Could be very interesting to say the least.

I actually am more level headed when I'm on. Usually when I am my diet is a little cleaner, workouts a little more consistent. It puts me in a good headspace. Plus it really boosts my confidence. My wife actually prefers me on

Its funny how you guys mentioned about how you guys are when "off" and "on" because my wife and i talked about this exact thing 2 nights ago... I feel less agitate in life when I'm off and feel less "slave against my own doing". My day feels less concerning and i honestly feel like I care more of others. My wife says when I'm "on", she feels like bodybuilding becomes more controlling my life. Thanks for the share and another great entertainment sirs!

You guys are awesome, my podcasts are Rogan, heavy muscle radio, and you guys...and as an amateur hardcore bodybuilding fan from Detroit, I gotta pull for a Windsor guy. Just wanted to put my worthless 2 cents in about the 90s vs. now debate you had. Being 43, with zero disrespect to today's pros, I feel the 90s was a unique era, but not for the reasons lee and dave talked about. Having attended the 95 mr. Olympia in person, and having watched the 2019 Olympia, I just feel like the 95 O top ten had so many IFBB hall of famers all in one show, it was amazing too see. After the 90s ended, it became the Ronnie/jay show for the next 9 years, than you had Phil dominating in a time when I think a lot of fans wanted to see a champion who busted his ass and didn't just have the best shape and genetics. Today's pros are awesome, conditioned, work hard, etc...the 90s to me just had so many names of guys that are still considered the best of all time in a tiny 5-6 year window. Had Dennis Newman not gotten sick, I think he might have been the best one out of all of them. Look forward to trying your new supplement line, hope the triceps heals well! 💪

When being off, my real personality comes out, more compassionate, more affection toward my girlfriend, cuddle the cat more like you said etc. When im on, i focus so much, everybody around me is just a shadow. The cleaner mentality comes out, « get shit done, whatever it takes. World off »

High calves look terrible, but the implication of high calves is the presence of a longer achilles tendon, which gives an elastic release that helps with running and jumping

@fouad, I get the same behavior when I’m on! I’m so lovely when I’m off everything (when I’m off I run HCG and nolvadex for 3 months) my gf also used to ask me not to get back on, but I managed to keep things better lately when I’m on by doing couple things: 1, I lowered all the dosages. (It sucks but makes huge different with the mood swings) 2, I forced myself to stay calm with any situation. (Literally FORCE) 3. I change compounds quickly if I feel that I’m getting side effects often.... love your videos man! Thanks for doing these!

Fouad, do you flex your hamstring on the side chest? Flexing your hamstring can shorten it and cause it to not have as much of a "drop", try leaving it relaxed while flexing your calves and quads.

Endocrine disorder here. I get peaks and troughs of testosterone. Peaks make me confident and happy, troughs make me depressed, going from a peak to anywhere else on the spectrum makes me angry and insecure which in turn makes me defensive about EVERYTHING and dulls my conscience. I always assumed gear would roughly work the same way, but I don't know... and I suppose different compounds have different effects. Tren from hearing others' experiences would probably turn me into a cold murderer, so even if I were to take the plunge and become enhanced I'd avoid tren like the plague.

I always ask the girlfriend how I am on or off cycle, she says my mood doesn't really change like my temper is just the same, I'm just as happy, she notices I'm more euphoric on cycle and obviously physically progress quicker but in terms of mood no real change. What she has said is because I do 12 weeks she said there's maybe a little more "Stress" because I have a time limit to get a certain goal done but other than that not really. She does notice when I'm dieting down when I'm hungry and things like that I'm less patient and a little more snappy and I'm more into my own head but say I'm not dieting and getting enough food, she doesn't notice I change

i think Fouad when we're on it's not like rage or anything, I think it's more just like you'd be way to focused on trying to get the most out of the gear you on, I'm sure you know what I mean, for example when I'm on, I just want to sit down relax after my workout, eat my food and leave me alone please, want to be quite, silent and focused, but no i don't feel arrogant, it's like, you're to focused you don't want shit to f*ck up your day because each day counts, you know what I mean sure. keep this up guys you and Luke, cool, straight forward talk! :)
