Hello buddy. I don’t really count calories. You can work it out from 4 cals gram of protein and carbs and 9 cals per gram of fat.

I've watched so many videos on this subject and the info is all over the place. I like how yours is the simplest with the easy to read graph. You mentioned taking a diuretic like dandelion root, when would you recommend starting it? I'm not competing, I'm just looking to look shredded for my after photo.

@@arturoperez3826 1000%. I was at 220 and got to 158.8 in 6 months. I’m 6ft talk so it was alittle too much, but I had a goal and I hit it. Lifting heavy, walking, high protein and water.
