45 grams water between 100-110 degrees 3 grams active dry yeast let sit for 10 minutes 90 grams flour put in blender add some salt blend on low few minutes then add yeast while flour blends slowly then add warm water very little while it blends out add dough ball to bowl with cooking spray let rise for an hour or more
@krilin314 жыл бұрын
you might want to prebake the crust for 3-5 minutes before adding toppings, then pull it out to let it cool, spray the top of it with another light hit of cooking spray and rub that around to make a thin film. the water in the sauce won't permeate the oil barrier as easily to soak into your crust and make it soggy and the prebake will also help to avoid some of that soggyness from all the toppings you loaded up on it you got in this one.

Love your recipes. I wanted to let you know I like to steer clear of large amounts of artificial sweeteners(even though there is no evidence that they are harmful), but I've replaced the sweetener with about 21 grams of honey in your recipes. It's plenty sweet and only adds 60 calories. I've just been saving a little more carbs for your anabolic desserts and its been working out. Lets doooo iiiiiiit!

Lol at the people in the comments talking bout how this is too much calories and won’t make them full. First of all, you gotta be a big dude to eat this all in one sitting and not be full and second this is a healthier alternative than going and getting a real one with way more calories. It hits the spot and doesn’t ruin your goals like normal pizza would!

RJ, I watch some of your detractors, and I get some of their points. Yet, your channel still is great, they are wrong. My little brother and I make your recipes, and they are wayyyyy better than frozen/processed foods, no matter what nutritionists say when they point out that not all of the ingredients are ..perfect. One thing - do yourself a favor, and get some sprouted grain flour. It costs more (yes) but it is full of enzymes and more complex amino chains and less carbs and better carbs and its sick. Check it out. And get sprouted bread too. It's worth it. Keep the "Not Super Perfect, Really Freaking Good and Better than Box Food" recipes coming at us. Seriously. We are going to make some of your pizzas this week !! And my lil brother just started squatting. Keep the recipes coming, we are watching and making them, and you are helping us figure out what to eat :)

Going to make this tonight. Looks too good (after eating last two slices of his cheesecake for lunch at work) Update, it's delicious. But omg as someone who never made dough, this is not easy. Dough is never right so have to keep adding more and more flour. So sticky!! Maybe it's the blender. Or the amount of water. Idk. But lazy isn't the world for anyone wanting to opt out. It's anyone that does anything other than cook for a living lol. After working 10 hours, I go to store, get yeast and sauce I needed, and come home and took me till late at night before I got to eat. Was worth it. Crust was a bit tough so doing top rack and minimum time. Two days in a row and somehow the dough got harder to make lol. Thought I added too much water. Nope. Some flour comes out since I don't got a ninja. Might be a bit too much. You would make a lot of money if you just sold this dough lol. I would rather pay for it than ever go through this again lol

Woof. I think I might try making like a deep-dish pizza casserole. Instead of starting with dough I might just line the bottom of a square pan with bread slices. Thinking P28 would be ideal for macros, but even Dave’s Killer would be good. And wicked easy. Bread on bottom of casserole dish. Layer of cheese. Layer of pepperonis. Cover in sauce. Bake

Just a little hack for pizza crust if you are like me and can’t find the active dry yeast anywhere and/or ordering it online is too much of a pain, etc., you can use the same amount of flour recommend, 3 tsps of baking powder, and same amount of water recommended to form a dough. You may not get the rise out of it, but it’s still gets you a nice pizza dough/crust.
