My cities smaller neighborhood grocery Walmart has it but the big Walmart doesn’t. The neighborhood Walmart also has more of the sugar free stuff he uses and xanthum gum for cheap

Just tried this using an air oven and this is really good, thanks! For air oven times 325 for 16 minutes for crust Then 325 for 12 minutes with toppings

Been struggling with dieting and being big my entire life. Since I found your channel I went to the store and got the stuff to make several of the recipes. For the record I started out at 378. I am one of them because I am against artificial things (ex fat free this or fat free that) ... macronutrients in the dish is good but what about micronutrients? You have gut health also which are very important in breaking the foods so your body can absorb them Wholesome foods are the key foods that a person must eat everyday ... under a good plan you can have a real pizza with real wholesome ingredients if it fits your macro and micronutrient needs

@Edwin Joseph agree with you food should be enjoyable... so do your micro and macro and indulge on real food ... example what the Rock is doing if you following him ... he has his cheat day or meal (don’t remember honestly so let’s call it cheat meal) it’s not he is eating mindlessly on this cheat meal ... it’s well calculated meal that fits his macro and micro I’m still against focusing on macro only or micro only ... focus on both and plan well and you can enjoy your cheat meal/s

I’d also recommend buying a cauliflower pizza crust and cutting it into squares to fit the tin. Someone commented on too much cheese but to each their own. I make a cheese “crust” out of ricotta, eggs and mozzarella for lasagna too and it’s incredible after baked. So i have no issue eating cheese crust but cauliflower is a great second option.

I have a spreadsheet that has all the recipes I've written and ones I find that I like. I calculate all the macros on my own and this one comes super close to what he said. Brands probably play a role. I actually get the same amount of calories but slightly more fat and less carbs. This recipe tastes good and is great for a meal prep and easy to make.

I just made this using the sugar free bbq sauce (sweet & spicy by G Hughes ) red onions, canned chunk chicken breasts (sautéed & seasoned) with the low fat mozzarella etc...Delicious

I love the recipe, I will try it. But please don't confuse fitness macros with health. Remember, macro stands for macro nutrients (fat, protein, carbs) but you also need to be aware of micro nutrients which fruits and vegetables are great sources. Not saying don't eat the Damn pizza, because I will be trying it as well. But don't forget to eat healthy foods as well as part of your diet. Fiber is important, sodium levels should be considered, refined sugars matter, and pay attention to your cholesterol levels. Remember fitness macros and health overlap, but they are not the same

Looking at this meal prep again and checking the macros. This is actually amazing how much protein you can get with each pizza! move over Chicken and Broccoli! If you are doing omad you can have 3-4 and call it a day and get back to work!

Healthy(natural) fats are one of the best things to eat and they are what binds and carries the flavors. Removing the fats from a meal is absolutely not only not necessary or healthy, it removes a huge amount of flavor.

That berry cobbler I watched last weee though! I am pretty happy with it EVEN with a not so swell protein source (it taste like crap but I paid for it...might as well use it up.) The cobbler masks the taste, I really love it. I can't wait to try this one,

I remember back a little over a year ago when I saw the original video with this recipe. This was like my first introduction to you, Rem. Made this recipe and loved it. Has pizza for breakfast lunch and dinner. Love your recipes and showing people all your recipes.

For where Im at, with losing weight, I am supposed to be at 1800 a day. I hardly ever get that many just due to my work schedule and only eating during a 4 hour window. Some of these recipes (like the quesadillas) really get me there and close, but I think these pizzas may be the extra low effort step to get me there during the week. Ive noticed a wall recently, and hoping to get over it shortly. Thanks for all the recipes, man. Im hitting FinalBoss up at the end of the month for those Aminos and Greens because I have noticed I aint eating veggies no more lol

Hey Remington -- I just found this channel and am very impressed. I tried my favorite food pizza and was excited to see this version. I went ahead and put your version together as per your recipe and first just put one together to verify as you claim.
