My training knowledge and subsequently, my physique, grew so much over the many years I followed the Mountain Dog. Hands down, the only person to help me achieve the back musculature I desired. I miss this man. Godspeed brother.

I actually plant my legs like a power lifter, but my hands are a inch off the ring where your pinky usually goes, gives me more activation on the chest and my powerlifting stance gives me more power to be able to bench more weight and at the same time activists the muscles in my chest
@DM-nx7tu2 жыл бұрын
As someone who somewhat powerbuilds i bench the 2nd way he demonstrated with the legs placed down and arms at a angle when benching and man let me tell you its the BEST bench position in my opinion and at 235 with 20% bodyfat benching 305 now without a suit is a damn BLESSING and my bench is only increasing higher from there especially when i bench like this as well as incline bench too

I hate watching powerlifters bench, alot of times they have so much arch and wide grip and the ROM is like a couple inches, which is ridiculous.

This is the only time I've ever disagreed with what he has said; I see powerlifters bring their hands and elbows in closer to involve more tricep and anterior delt in order to lift heavier. Am I wrong?

Turn to Jesus people he died for your sins, Repent of what the New Testament describes as sin. Believe the gospel obey the teachings of Jesus documented in Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Jesus is the only way to be saved, be baptized if you have faith in Jesus then you will live life with him as your example. If you need prayer i'll pray for you. If you want to keep contact with a brother in Christ i’ll keep contact with you. The love of God is beyond our understanding. God bless,./.
