But the way to remedy that would be the patient giving consent to give them the information. So even if the grandparents weren't at fault, she definitively was. I live in Germany and it is always very clear to every one that, if ever you get into a situation like that, you always have help just waiting for you. Nobody speaks about money. You have so many options and the Police or fire fighters, ambulance will take you to a place where you get help. They never speak about money ever. For that reason people that get into a bad state of mind reacts far more docile for they know if taking help they not stuck with a bill.
