Bodycam Best 2k Settings rtx 4080 13900kf ddr5 8000mhz

my son playing bodycam with his account on my pc. I've left msi afterburner stats on and recorded using Nvidia App. for some reason the recording is nowhere near the quality of the game while playing I'm not sure why it's recording terrible quality.
the game has just been released and his some bugs that need to be sorted out but when they do some optimization it will be a great game. it's very hard on the hardware so don't expect amazing frames
