Am I the only one wondering why they are contaminating possible evidence they're not wearing gloves, and where are the detectives?
@caroljohanson2807
@caroljohanson2807 Жыл бұрын
@@Asdfjkl45they should be wearing gloves However Like w Suzanne Morphew and Shanan Watts They are looking for a missing adult woman Who may have left on her own accord Therefore there’s no “ crime “ to technically investigate . However , the police should always use best practices in their search. Meaning they should assume a crime has occurred and that any and everything they see or touch may be potentially needed for a trial . This is a problem as there are best practices all police should use But there is not a national training team So not all learn or use the skills they’ve learned.

unfortunately you can't make people love you forever. Two grown adults must remain civil for the sake of the kids. There are 2 sides to every story but she up and left with kids and he called the cops because he never heard from her. I never heard anything anywhere say that he was a bad father. All he wanted was to be with his kids but seems like she made it very difficult for him.

This is so creepy. The house is ginormous. Is it legal for this to not blur the faces of minors out? 3 floors in this house, I lost count of the bedrooms and baths. Wow! Lovely . But if he was showing an explosive temper and or violence why wouldn’t you have hired a security guard/ security measures? Also is this near the area of where they lived together? Because she should have moved as far away from him as the court would allow. Security cameras, security personal items in several areas, ect. If it was so bad that she did not want him in her home at all then somebody dropped the ball on any protection advice.

That and if you watch the video closely they checked her bedroom for prescription pills. Things like this story aren’t run of the mill especially in affluent suburban towns overdoses etc are more the norm. Even with blood spatter in the garage their first instinct was maybe she hit a deer.

I’m not trying to pick but the nanny mentioned on the stand having restocked the paper towels in the pantry (a 12 roll) the day before only to have to replace the roll in the kitchen that morning, (she claimed it was empty, doesn’t look empty to me) and discovering that only three were left. The roll near the sink looks over halfway used and I don’t see another full roll nearby. The nanny and children were only in the house for about an hour before heading to the city and unless there was a major spill idk how you use up that much in an hour. I know it’s minor but it almost seems an elaboration on behalf of the nanny/state..indicating how much clean up Fortis would have done using all the paper towels. Is that a lie?

I had no idea if mt was guilty or not. I watched the entire trial, without knowing anything about it beforehand. I saw all the evidence and I would have voted guilty. You cannot see all that evidence of timelines and lies she told about Fotis being there with her, innocent people do not lie the first time talking to police. Her family is blind to it. Her mom was involved in fraud, so come to this country and get in trouble for fraud? Then the family is told by the judge at trial to stop mouthing things to the jury, and Michelle deliberately having a private sealed document about Jenifer in huge font on her screen in court?! Come on!! She's in contempt of court. Her and family are not honest, good people. Good people don't try to get away with fraud, or contempt of court, or lie for someone as an alibi in a murder case. Oh, her sister ties to say that Fotis and Jennifer were split up when mt started dating him. It was proven in court that they were not separated or split up at all until Jennifer found out Fotis was having an affair. So mt doesn't have morals either if she's going to date a married man.
