Seized Evidence from Trash Cans Where Murder Suspect Was Seen Dumping Trash

Sergeant Kevin Duggan took the stand Tuesday morning to testify in the trial of Michelle Troconis. Duggan walks jurors through photo evidence of the items that were collected from trash cans in the area where Michelle was seen. Troconis is accused of conspiring with Fotis Dulos to murder his wife, Jennifer Dulos and cover up the killing. Fotis and Michelle were have an affair at the time of Jennifer’s 2019 disappearance. Her body has not yet been found, and she is presumed dead.

The most damning evidence (off the top of my head) is the defendant dumping stuff down the storm drain. You don't do that if you think that it's just construction trash.

Michelle hides behind her hair. She's seems like she's part of the defense team instead of the defendant. To her, it's like Fotis done it, now he's dead, and I'm not taking the fall for it! She planned with him, helped him hide the evidence in the trash cans, and helped him with an alibi. She's just as guilty as Fotis . And it's not the Fotis trial like the defense says, it's Michelle's trial, she's not taking the fall for him, she's taking the fall for herself!

There were two Ponchos? Now why would Filos need 2 ponchos? Unless he needed a helpful hand. Think about it. There was a lot of blood on both ponchos. Did his first poncho get too bloody so he switched over to a fresh one to get it bloody again? That doesn’t make sense. He had help. The blood was still wet when they retrieved the ponchos. We do not know whether Michelle was really at a Starbucks or on the phone because they cannot retrieve that information unfortunately. She clearly saw him dump the envelope and seemed to bend over toward the grate perhaps to clear debris so Fotis could dump the envelope. It’s already established she saw him dump the envelope and discard the trash. She is beyond guilty! She helped him dispose of Jennifer. I’m not saying MT killed her. I’m saying she knows what happened. This women is aggravating as she is deceitful.

When a contractor remodeled my kitchen he had to make several trips to the dump for which I was charged. The fact that a high end contractor chose to drive around using multiple garbage cans rather than making a dump trip says to me he didn't want to be tied to the items disposed. I wonder if his business location had a dumpster? If so even more damning. And the fact that the defendant was along for the ride makes her look guilty as well.

That's what I was thinking. In Alex Murdaugh's trial, they traced his vehicles every movement with the gps inside the vehicle. Surely if they did that with the vehicles(looks like 3) involved, they could find her.
