Police do NOT need a warrant to search cars.
@detroyes216 сағат бұрын
@@User-7847 Depends on the state and whether or not they have probable cause. I'm told that the best way to handle it is to tell the officers that they do not have your permission to search, but you won't interfere if they do. That way you better preserve your right to challenge the search in court.

@@User-7847 Generally speaking, that’s true in the context of a traffic stop or fleeing suspect, but it does depend. The legality of searches is a complex area of law that has changed over time, and may vary from state to state.

Shoot I’d be embarrassed if my child acted like this, it’s a reflection of parenting,sometimes! The female deputy is so sweet! All the officers and deputies instantly go into parent mode sternly is great! She needs to be charged as an adult!she’s way way to spoiled! Crazy when drunk! Little one your acting like a 2 year old not getting her way! Brat needs to sit in jail know what it feels. Like to detox smh

She's 18, so she's getting charged as an adult in spite of her acting like a 3 year old. Now she's infamous thanks to KZbin. 😏 I hope any men contemplating getting involved with, or marrying this little gem, see this and RUN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!😱

PSA: getting arrested hurts. It is at best an uncomfortable experience, as the body isn't accustomed to those positions. You cause YOURSELF pain and damage by thrashing about like a feral, rather than acting with civilized composure. Parents of this one really dropped the ball. Lady cop was great!
