I go to Vegas every Halloween now and it's soo different than this. I see cops all over but they will never approach you unless you do something bad. Like you have to be half dead on the ground or beating someone for them to bother you. I don't drink or smoke so I actually see it all lol it's very calm. I saw the cops helping a man that fell down and another woman that was soo drunk and they were carrying her out in a wheelchair with paramedics. Both were super calm. I think it's really different now. They just stand on the side of the road and watch people walk by. I've never even seen them approach anyone. Must be really different. Maybe I don't go into crack town though? 😅 I stay at Wynn every time lol
