New Jersey police observed a car that was driving erratically, swerving, and following a car too closely on the highway. When the cops approached the car, the driver, 20-year-old Karina Armando, admitted to drinking three hours prior. Her passenger, Olivia Morrow, kept interjecting during sobriety tests, and then later attempted to run to her boyfriend's car to leave the scene. Karina failed all field sobriety tests and was arrested for DUI.

Basically most drunk drivers will refuse to take a breathalyzer test, but for some reason they love agreeing to all these circus tests. The point is to gain as much evidence against you in court, so your guilt is affirmed 100%.

I have noticed the ones who have had a drink cannot follow simple and easy rules, heal to toe is always walked in strides and the counting is always off or forgetful.
