you are right as usual, I like having both options for bonus moves. It depends on the move but it feel less like EXTRA when it's a whole round!

I really enjoyed this workout, especially the faster paced bonus circuit. Thanks for adding in the push lunge. I also really like the 3, 30 second intervals. Great muscle burn.

I love everything about this workout, Amy!! I love that we did lower, upper, and core. I love that you added some cardio and I love the bonus circuit! I burned 180 calories!

Loved it! I think I prefer the bonus circuit over the bonus move. However I just dislike the bonus in general and prefer it be integrated but that's just me. I really enjoyed the set up of the workouts and am finding them so much easier but it also helps that I have lost 40 lbs!!!!❤

Great workout, thank you! I prefer bonus circuits to bonus moves (in fact, when there is a very complex bonus move, I normally just pick something simple and do that for the time). However, my favourite is no bonus, because I prefer it when each round gradually builds up its complexity and ends up in a compound move instead - I feel like it gives me time to get my form right instead of rushing at the end. But I know lots of people love the bonuses so I am probably in a minority!

I like the bonus circuit for workouts like this where 2 long circuits doesn't feel like enough but I'd be too tired to do another full circuit. I like cardio or cardio mobility bonus moves to get a good cardio finisher. But I will say I hate the workouts that include mini bands.
