loved this format! Honestly, i hate most ab sets. I'm over climbers and side planks. I don't feel like I get enough out of them and i get bored i guess. BUT those 2 middle moves! yassss I felt that burn! I got excited to repeat those. Anytime you throw new interesting ab moves into the mix that spice things up that differ from climbers or planks you reawaken me to love ab sets! Thanks Amy!

Love this workout! Was easy but really felt it in whole body. Love pyramid and the seperate sets of isolation. Love your videos! Been using them for years! Almost one yr post pardom and used your videos through my whole pregnancy. It made a whole world of a difference (baby no.3) thanks for all of these! I also got my 10 yr old daughter doing some of your videos. If your up for a challenge- making content (moves) that a 10 yr old understands easily but really work the full body would be amazing to have! Not much out there kids. We are really trying to work on loosing some belly fat and hard to find hitt type work outs for kiddos. Thanks Amy! Keep up the awesome content, your such an encourager we love that!

The workout went by quickly. It was nice to go back to keeping intensity by not taking long rests. If you are intermediate, I’d recommend having some light weights handy for the push/pull segments of the upper body part and for the lower body. I was warm, but not sweating until the core pyramid. The core exercises were challenging without being overly complicated.
