My knee injury has taught me to exercise in a different way. Your sitting down chair workout has been a huge help for me to stay consistent in working out. And has finally stopped my all or nothing thoughts about exercise. Thank you so much Amy 🙏❤

So appropriate for me right now… I’ve always exercised with you for 5 days per week, but as I am recovering from an injury, I’ve realized that I may not be able to get back to 5 days…and I need to accept it… thank you!

Hi Amy. I am a recovering cardio trainee, and happy to discover the value of strength training. I read an article about a weighted vest a couple months ago and curious about your thoughts. I appreciate that you encourage us to work with what we have, but what is your opinion on weighted vests? Thanks for all your support and advice!

I'm glad I watched this and I will start the new program with you on Monday. I'm confused about lifting weights consecutively. I want to make sure I'm being safe. Cab you explain that please? Is it OK to strength train 3-5 days in a row?

Thank you for the workouts, I eat healthy and I have been exercising 4-5 days a week for 7 years, then I had to reduce the exercise to 2-3 days a week as exercising makes me ravenously hungry and I started to put on weight because I could not stick to my daily calories. I have a busy day, I do 13000 to 17000 steps a day because of my job, I am 57 and I have hypothyroid, so I am not sure how to approach exercise so that I do not feel so hungry.

I am definitely guilty of all or nothing thinking in the past. My day got messed up and I didn't work out, the week is blown so why bother doing it the other days as planned? Or, I didn't make a good eating choice there, now the day is ruined, might as well choose junk the rest of the day since it's off track anyway. I am much better about giving myself some grae now and getting back on track ASAP when I stumble.
